Calling all bad drivers of Montana. You have done it. You have accomplished all of your life's goals and it fits into the "bad drivers" category.

It really shouldn't come as a shock to you or anyone you know that Montana ranks in the bottom 10 for this in the U.S. I mean, my goodness, we see it every single day. It makes people swear, post, and snap pictures as often as they can.

What is the big fuss about? Montana ranks 10th for worst states to drive in/through.

Now, our neighbors to the east have placed in the top 10 for best states to drive in. So congrats to the cold tundra we call North Dakota.

We have talked about the roads and driving more recently then we have in the past, especially with the recent fatalities we have seen on I90 just in the past 90 days. It's tragic.

Then there is the discussion of lack of street lights and painted stripes, or should I say, "lack of" painted stripes on the highways. So for Montana to make the list for Worst States To Drive In, really comes as no shock.

20 License Plates Banned In Montana

This is just a small glimpse at banned license plates in the state of Montana. There are well over 4000 that could be added to this list.

Now why some of these are banned is beyond me. I don't find any of them offensive, that's for sure; the state of Montana has the right to refuse:

"any combination of letters or numbers, or both, that may carry connotations offensive to good taste and decency or which are misleading or a duplication of license plates provided elsewhere."- Montana Motor Vehicle Department

What plates are banned in your state? Hopefully, they are not as picky as Montana.
