Hey Montana… Do You Know How To Use A Blinker?

After being a resident of Billings since 2019... one of Baker from 2015 to 2018... and a Miles City boy since '92, I can confidently say I have seen my fair share of drivers. Good and bad, slow and fast, old and young. But what is it about the holidays that bring out the horrible drivers... and the ones who NEVER use a blinker?

Rant, Rage, and Anger

So here's my rant. Over the holidays, I have noticed an EXTREME increase in the amount of people who are simply ignoring the blinkers in their cars. Specifically, it happens a LOT in Downtown Billings, where just because THEY are turning, doesn't mean everyone knows that.

Heck, yesterday in the traffic MULTIPLE cars turned by Senior High without a blinker, causing Traffic to rapidly slow down when they suddenly slammed on their brakes. Ugh.

I Have A Solution For You

Now, I'm not just going to sit here and rant at my keyboard without bringing forward a solution to the issue... and we have a solution. #notsponsoredbutweshouldbe

DriversEd.com is offering Montana residents a class, via the web, for just $50. I'd say this would have been the PERFECT stocking stuffer for the bad drivers in your family, such as Grandma who refuses to stop driving at 88... or the teen who has their cell attached to their hand with glue.
