Jimmy Eat World are returning after a three-year layoff on Oct. 21 with their ninth record, Integrity Blues. Today (Sept. 6), they unveiled the track listing and gave the dates for a three-week tour of the U.S.

“It is about throwing away your default responses to life, accept[ing] life on the terms of life and becoming willing to accept the best any of us have is to be in the state of progress,” frontman Jim Adkins wrote about the album in a lengthy note on the band’s website. He concluded it by saying, “Integrity matters because if you let the answer of ‘Who do I need to be?’ inform your question ‘What should I do?’ … there just isn’t room for the negative cycle to get traction.”

Two weeks, Jimmy Eat World put out the first single, “Get Right,” and have also delivered a lyric video for “Sure and Certain,” which you can see above. Their first album since 2013’s Damage, Integrity Blues was produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who has worked with M83 and Neon Trees.

The band have three previously announced festival dates on their calendar for September, but the will embark on a proper tour beginning Oct. 7 in Park City, Utah. It will conclude Oct. 29 in Los Angeles, Calif., and the dates are listed below. They’ll spend most of November in Europe, and you can get complete information on their tour at Jimmy Eat World’s website.
