Jonathan Davis is set to release his first ever solo album this year, under his own name. Last week, he released his first single "What It Is," and today he's announced a headlining world tour that will take him through both North America and Europe this spring.

This will be a relatively intimate outing, by Davis' usual standards, as Korn plays in big venues and arenas, and on this solo tour Davis will be playing mid-sized theaters. The shows kick off in April 6 in Portland, Ore. at the Crystal Ballroom, and ends its North American run May 18 in Boston, Mass at the House of Blues.

There's still no details around when the full album will be released, though tour routing might suggest the disc will be out before the outing gets underway.

Check out the North American tour dates below and its poster. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
