Lars Ulrich’s Acting Debut [VIDEO] — Angel’s Rock Report

System of a Down will keep their reunion going this summer. They've just announced that they'll be headlining two hard rock festivals in Canada this August -- Heavy MTL in Montreal on the 11th and Heavy TO in Toronto on the 12th. There's no word yet if System is looking to play any U.S. shows around that time.

A preview of Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich's acting debut -- playing someone other than himself -- has hit YouTube. The five-minute clip from the HBO film Hemingway and Gellhorn shows Ulrich briefly in his role as Dutch documentary filmmaker Joris Ivens. The movie, which stars Clive Owen and Nicole Kidman, debuts on HBO on May 28th.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has just announced who will be inducting its new members next month.

Beastie Boys will be inducted by Chuck D.
Donovan will be inducted by John Mellencamp.
Small Faces/The Faces will be inducted by Stevie Van Zandt.
Red Hot Chili Peppers will be inducted by Chris Rock.
Laura Nyro will be inducted by Bette Midler.
Freddie King will be inducted by Billy Gibbons and Dusty Hill of ZZ Top.
Don Kirshner will be inducted by Carole King.
Cosimo Matassa, Tom Dowd and Glyn Johns will be inducted by Robbie Robertson.
The Blue Caps, The Comets, The Crickets, The Famous Flames, The Midnighters and The Miracles will be inducted by Smokey Robinson.
