Lolo Man Gets Three Days in Jail for School Threats [AUDIO]
19 year-old Erik Wengren will spend three days in the Missoula County Jail for making threats over the internet to attack a Wyoming school, such as what occurred in Newtown, Connecticut.
Wengren pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and will also undergo psychiatric evaluation.
Missoula County Sheriff's spokesman Jason Johnson says Wengren told authorities he was only joking when he made the threats, although he repeated them several times after being questioned by friends on-line. Wengren will also pay a fine to the court.
