Mandatory Vagina Inspection Prank [VIDEO]

Even though it sounds like something straight out of an American Pie movie, it is clear that there are some very talented high school kids in the state of Minnesota. Recently a group of high school pranksters issued a "mandatory vagina inspection" with what appears to be an official letter.
