Missoula's Demon Doll is a female fronted, mask wearing, metal band formed in the fall of 2019. They are Maggie Greely on vocals, Michael Auchenbach on drums, guitarist Brent Dougherty, bassist Chris Honold, and guitarist Jamal Greely, and they've been hard at work for the past year.
Prior to the pandemic, the band managed to do a handful of local shows and spent the rest of this year putting together about a dozen songs. Demon Doll recently released a music video for "Empty Homes," which you can see below. It's the second release from their upcoming EP, "Oversight,' set to be released by the end of the year. In addition to recording their EP, writing new music, and preparing their new live setup for when concerts return, Demon Doll was also a  featured band for a charity event this week. Local non-profit the Open Aid Alliance teamed up with the U of M and Rockin' Rudy's to present "Artists Play Through It, little concerts in Big Sky country, if you missed it, there's more info and you can watch the show here.
Keep up with this up and coming Missoula metal band on Facebook and Instagram and go check out their YouTube page for more videos. The extremely talented Emily Lynn Haacke did the band's photos and produced their videos, elbow bump to her! When concerts return, make sure you get out and support Demon Doll.
