Missoula’s Panera Bread Will Open Monday
I'll take one of those, one of those, let's do two of those, and one of these. That's pretty much what it'll sound like if I'm able to get over to the new Panera Bread location on N. Reserve and place an order when they open next week. You heard that right, NEXT WEEK!
We've been tracking the progress of Panera from the announcement we would be getting one, to the news of construction breaking ground earlier this year, and now the opening that's just days away. I was actually at Target yesterday and wondered how much longer it would be until Panera opened - it looked ready to roll.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you'll have to order using the drive-through or with curbside delivery as indoor services won't be available to start........you know, with the whole pandemic and all. An article in the Missoulian has co-owner Casey Ryan giving his reasoning for not introducing indoor ordering or dining:
"We're just going to keep the dining room closed. It's certainly not optimal for us, but we just didn't think it would be responsible. We'll evaluate just depending on how case counts go."
Missoula's Panera Bread will open for business on Monday (11/9) at 7 AM. They're located in the Target parking lot - at 2410 N. Reserve St. In addition to drive-through and curbside orders, you can place orders in advance using the My Panera app. Delivery through Grubhub and DoorDash will not be active to start but will begin soon.
