As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 829 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 29 new confirmed cases. There are currently 218 active cases in the state.

Since Monday, Montana has reported 129 new COVID-19 cases.

The county with the highest number of COVID-19 cases continues to be Gallatin with 231 cases. Missoula County has had a total of 63 confirmed cases and 24 cases are currently active.

According to state statistics, 589 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and there are currently 14 people hospitalized.

The DPHHS public health lab in Helena has completed 80,161 tests for COVID-19.

The state is reporting one new COVID-19 related death bringing the state total to 22. The latest death is being attributed to a case connected to Rosebud County.
