Unfortunately, Motorhead have been forced to cancel their gig at tonight’s Gigantour show in Denver  because frontman Lemmy Kilmister has lost his voice.

On the official Motorhead site, it states, “Lemmy has lost his voice and has decided to give it the night off. Things should be OK for the last 3 shows of the tour. The other bands on the Gigantour bill will go ahead and perform this evening as scheduled.“ Those other bands include Megadeth, Lacuna Coil and Volbeat.

Motorhead fans in Denver are probably bummed that they won’t get to hear the raspy metal voice of Lemmy but the band is set to be part of Mayhem Festival 2012 along with Slipknot, Slayer, the Devil Wears Prada and many more.
