Muppets “Smells Like Teen Spirit”

Courtney Love has declared war on the Muppets today by saying that The Muppets Movie "Raped" Kurt Cobain's legacy. I haven't seen the movie yet, but that doesn't mean that I may "accidently" watch it someday. Maybe on or around April 20th. If you catch my drift?

From what I have seen of the clip, it is pretty bad. Jack Black has a cameo in the movie where a babrber shop quartet sings "Smells like teen spirit" acapella while giving JB a shave. According to Loudwire.com : the latest claim out of Love is that the Muppets “raped” the memory of her husband, the late Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, with the way the plush puppets handled his signature song ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ in the 2011 film. Furthermore, Court claims that the powers-that-be- used the song without her permission.

I watched the clip and I got to say, it is pretty bad. But I think that the context of the skit was to show how legendary the song is. JB is screaming "Your ruining one of the greatest songs of all time!"

For today's Vidiot pick. We will hear the original classic put to a fan made edited clip of muppets "performing" it.
