‘Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour’ Gets Third Season at A&E
Looks like more adventures are in store for Ozzy Osbourne and his son Jack. The father-son duo have been the centerpieces for A&E's travel-based reality series Ozzy & Jack's World Detour, and according to a recent social media post by Jack Osbourne, a third season is already in the works.
"Everyone keeps asking if we’re doing a season 3 of World Detour... well guess what today is? Day 1 of season 3 baby!!! Woooohoooo #ozzyandjack #season3 @ozzyosbourne @ozzyjackworlddetour," stated the younger Osbourne, adding a photo of himself and his father loading up and ready to roll out on their next adventure.
The first season was shot primarily in the U.S., though the pair did make a trip back to the U.K. and headed out to Japan and Cuba as well. Among the stops in the first season was a return trip for Ozzy back to The Alamo, where he was once arrested back in 1982. They also visited Roswell, N.M. for a UFO museum, enjoyed a music-themed trip through Memphis and got some FBI training in Washington, D.C. The second season included a Florida fishing trip, a visit to a Noah's Ark replica museum and attending a NASCAR event in Georgia among other stops.
An official return date to the A&E schedule has not been revealed, but look for a tentative summer start for Season 3.
In addition to shooting the third season of Ozzy & Jack's World Detour, Ozzy will be quite busy this year with the launch of his farewell tour. The musician, who has reunited with guitarist Zakk Wylde, will hit the road starting in late April. See all of his scheduled tour stops right here.
