Remember that Pants on the Ground song on Idol a few years ago?

Anyway, a new law in Massachusetts fines wearers of baggy/saggy/asscrackshowin pants up to $300, plus potential jail time. Maybe lawmakers out east reason that your pants are heavy because of all that damn money you're carrying around?
