Pink Floyd tribute outfit Pinky and the Floyd will return to Missoula this fall and tickets are an affordable $17! If you haven't been to one of their shows, they really leave an impression. The band started in 2007 and is most certainly the best Pink Floyd tribute band in the Northwest. In fact, they were recently referred to as the Northwest’s Hottest Pink Floyd Tribute Band. Since they first began doing shows, Pinky has exploded in popularity, selling out nearly every show in the past 4 years. "Their performances strike the perfect balance between intimacy & intensity, and the energy and stage presence is unprecedented."

The show is set for Friday, September 24th at the Wilma, so a full bar will be available. Doors will open at 7 with the show starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale this Friday, June 18th at 10 a.m. and make an affordable Father's Day gift! Meanwhile at Pink Floyd camp, Roger Waters has put the smack down on Mark Zuckerberg, turning down a hefty payday for the use of 'Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2' for an Instagram ad. In other band turmoil, their album Animals has at one point or another been remixed for a reissue, but according to Roger WatersDavid Gilmour won't allow it to be released due to the liner notes inside the album.
