Powerman 5000, SOiL + 3 Years Hollow Hitting the Road for Summer 2015 Tour
If you want your summer to rock, why not kick it off right with a package tour featuring two veteran rock bands and a third act that has seen their star rise over the past couple of years. Powerman 5000 and SOiL will be heading out with 3 Years Hollow for what promises to be a great night of rock.
Powerman 5000 have seen an uptick in their career with the 2014 release of the Builders of the Future album and the single "How to Be a Human." Add in the killer album opener "Invade, Destroy, Repeat" and the title track and PM5K have one of their stronger discs in years.
SOiL have also seen a career revival of sorts, with original frontman Ryan McCombs back with the band. They've been touring off the 2013 album Whole, which features the tracks "Shine On" and "The Hate Song."
As for 3 Years Hollow, they enjoyed a breakout with their Clint Lowery-produced disc The Cracks. The songs "For Life," "Chemical Ride" and "Hungry" have all garnered the attention of rock fans and will likely be part of their sets. The band also revealed in an early April post that they've begun demoing tracks for their next full length album.
