My boys love buffalo chicken wings. However, I’m not a huge chicken wing fan. They always seem too greasy to me. So, when I ran across this crockpot recipe for buffalo chicken I was very excited. It mixes the ease of crockpot cooking with my kids’ favorite food.

This chicken is really easy and super delicious. I’m sure it’s going to become a winter time crockpot dinner staple in my house.

Ranch Buffalo Chicken

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

12 ounce bottle buffalo wing sauce

1 packet of dry ranch mix

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced.

Hamburger buns

Toss the chicken breasts into the crockpot. Evenly sprinkle the ranch mix on top of the chicken and then pour the buffalo wing sauce over that. Add the garlic and the butter and cook on low for six hours.

Shred the chicken in the crockpot, and then stir it so the sauce and the chicken are well combined. Serve the chicken in between two buns and garnish with whatever you like.
