Record Store Day Celebration in Missoula This Weekend

Record Store Day! One of my favorite holidays of the year. It's that time when your local music shops get all kinds of exclusive stuff or get some deals going, and a lot of them throw a party to celebrate.

Ear Candy Music in Missoula is throwing their own Record Store Day party. Here's the details, taken from their Facebook event page:

"Let's celebrate independent record stores with the Record Store Day this Sat Apr 13th. 2019!
We're opening the doors early at 9am for all you vinyl heads- check out the official list of releases at recordstoreday.com and give us a call if you're curious about anything.

Starting at noon, we'll have live music in the parking lot from Easter Island, Crypticollider, Protest Kids (featuring our very own John Fleming), and The Sasha Bell Band (also featuring John ). Just Barbecue food truck will be on hand for your bbq cravings.

Giveaways all day long! Come celebrate music, vinyl, and record stores with us this Saturday."

Meanwhile, Rockin' Rudy's has got their own storewide sale going on all weekend, too - 25% off of everything and $2 off CDs. So Missoula has got a couple of very cool options to check out on Saturday, and I know I'll be walking away with a loooooot more music in my collection.
