Missoula has seen a huge boom in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From black belts to beginners we have a lot of BJJ practitioners, and now they can put their skills to the test.

Turn the clocks back about 10-15 years ago in Missoula. There were only one or two places that taught Brazilian Jui Jitsu, and if I remember correctly, they were more focused on the Mixed Martial Arts aspect. Fast forward to the present day, and the martial art has exploded. It's such an amazing discipline, and I've never come across a gym where everyone wasn't welcome. From kids to adults. In or out of shape. Men, women, children. It's so great for exercise, mental health, and of course, self-defense.

Now it's time to put what you've learned to the test, Missoula. A huge Brazilian Jui Jitsu tournament is coming to town.

The American Grappling Federation wants you!
