We have a ton of beautiful rivers and streams here in western Montana. All of those streams eventually make there way to the Columbia River. A steelhead fisherman's paradise. That is until you re-enact a scene from "Caddyshack."

Fox News reports that a group of steelhead anglers in Oregon recently had to abandon ship, when a 31 foot Bayliner crashed into their 20 foot fishing boat. The driver of the Bayliner is 75 year old Marlin Lee Larsen. Who was allegedly "on and off of his phone all morning." The victims of the crash, Bryan Maess, is suing Larsen for $372,500.

Is this the first time we have heard of a texting and driving accident, on water?

Watching the video is reminiscent of that famous boat race in "Caddyshack."
