This weekend is the peak time to carve your jack-o-lanterns - not so early that they're caved in by Halloween, and not so late that you're to busy costume shopping. Come by The Good Food Store this Saturday, October 19th, from noon to 2 p.m. for a few $10 pumpkins. All proceeds go to supply meals at Missoula's Poverello Center and I'll have your shot at some prizes while you're there.

Any size pumpkin is $10, no matter how big or small. And we've got a great variety of unique shapes and colors, some green, some white, some kind of square, you'll have to come see for yourself. Thanks to Farmer Erik for growing all of them! Buying just 2 pumpkins can do amazing things, like provide three healthy meals and a safe place to stay for someone experiencing homelessness.

If you can't stop by this Saturday, you can get $10 pumpkins any time at Imagine Nation Brewing, The Good Food Store, Rattlesnake Market, YMCA, The Trough and any Parkside Credit Union! And don't forget to use #MyPovPumpkin when you post pics of your finished product.
