Strange 911 Call in Ravalli

According to Investigation Discovery, this strange phone call was made to the Ravalli County 911 center in 2007.

Their report states that a woman called 911 about her husband being unconscious. They say that when paramedics arrived, they found a deceased man on a bloody mattress and imply that his manhood had been hacked off, but the woman who called was not there.

I was working at The Blaze and living in Missoula in 2007 and don't remember hearing anything about this story. Is it true? What's the story here?
