Four-and-a-half years after attempting to have his wife murdered, Tim Lambesis has taken to As I Lay Dying’s Facebook page to offer an apology for his actions.
According to onetime Dokken guitarist George Lynch, whose daughter was once engaged to As I Lay Dying’s Nick Hipa, Tim Lambesis 'recently got out of jail.'
Tim Lambesis was allegedly not given a prescribed medication for nearly two months, resulting in the As I Lay Dying vocalist developing enlarged breasts.
Earlier today (April 9), a statement was posted on the official website of As I Lay Dying. The lengthy post covered many subjects and seemed to be a well thought out, cooperative statement from the entire band. However, according to guitarist Nick Hipa, no member of As I Lay Dying's instrumental section, management or record label took part in crafting the update.
Things have been understandably quiet for As I Lay Dying since the arrest and court drama of the band's frontman Tim Lambesis on murder-for-hire charges. But it looks like the group is about to finally put the events of the past year behind them and move forward.
