On Saturday morning I woke up rather early and decided I wanted to hike the 'M' trail in Missoula.

If you want to participate and you don't have a dog, the Humane Society of Western Montana will gladly pair you up with a dog for your fun adventure!

I am writing this to the person or people that have been using the trail and then not picking up after their dog.

Thursday and Friday, hundreds of Missoula area school children are participating in the CATCH Health Fair at St. Patrick Hospital, a half-day of fun and education about various health issues.

Hope you can make it for the All-Star Reception and the Opening Ceremonies for the 2016 Special Olympics Montana Summer Games!

What an exciting four days it will be! The Special Olympics Montana 2016 Summer Games are set to kick off Tuesday, May 17th and will wrap up on Friday, May 20th. All of the competitions will take place in Missoula including competitions like kayaking, cycling, track and field, equestrian events, aquatic events, even golf events...

Remember, bicycles are considered vehicles in the state of Montana. Drinking on the tour is NOT REQUIRED to participate.

There is no better way to spend time with mom, get her signed up and go through all the fun obstacles together.

Just remember the earlier you sign up the more inexpensive the cost will be to you and your team
