Fire season has already started in the Bitterroot.

If you’ve been thinking that it’s been a long time since Missoula has any rain, you’d be right.

The Missoula County Fire Protection Agency has raised the fire danger level from ‘Moderate’ to ‘High’, as of noon on Monday, July 16.
