Tommy Lee has once again put his palatial Calabasas estate on the market. Two years ago the former Motley Crue drummer put the house on the market for $6 million dollars and now the drummer has changed agents and re-listed the home for just over $4.6 million.

The house is located in a gated community of Calabasas, just north of Los Angeles. The 10,000 square foot three-story home was built in 1987 and features a recording studio, a movie theater, indoor spa, two kitchens and a retractable glass roof. It boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a huge outdoor space highlighted by a piano-shaped salt water pool.

According to Surterre Properties, the house is located at the guard-gated community of Vista Point. According to the realtor’s site, the “unique estate is truly a custom home for a super star lifestyle.” Other notable amenities of the “Home Sweet Home” include a full gym, 13-car garage and a retractable roof that covers “indoor cascading waterfalls amongst a jungle-like atrium, koi pond and salt water spa.” The house also features views of Los Angeles and the rolling hills surrounding Calabasas. See photos below.

Lee previously listed the home two years ago for the asking price of $6 million. He also included the house as part of the 30th anniversary Girls, Girls, Girls Pledge Music campaign to no avail.
