With the holidays right around the corner, it's time to start thinking about sweets. Cookies, pies, cakes, gingerbread houses - even in a year where we likely aren't seeing people as much and won't be bringing these desserts by, we're still going to want them for ourselves.

To help out on that front, a pop-up bakery has arrived in Missoula and will be here every Saturday through January 9th. It's called Tandem Doughnuts & Bakery, and they'll be operating out of Nonna's Neighborhood Eatery in the University District while they're temporarily closed.

Tandem has actually been in Missoula for a little while, but never had their own retail space - they've had a booth at the Clark Fork Farmers Market for years, and have been selling their baked goods at grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants all throughout Missoula. But maybe this is the first step into securing their own, permanent location.

Tandem specializes in vegan and gluten-free recipes, and I'm looking at their menu on their website as I write this, so I'm seeing all the delicious-looking food - and man, that chocolate peanut butter cake is calling my name.

So this is a great option if you're looking for something sweet this holiday season. You can find Tandem at Nonna's location every Saturday for the next few weeks, and they'll be there from 10 AM until 2 PM.

Will you be checking out Tandem Doughnuts & Bakery? Are you a vegan or gluten-free eater who is in need of a place like this?
