Watch as Passenger Records Horrifying Plane Crash [VIDEOS]

Being in a plane crash is terrifying. Now, we see just how terrifying.

Ferdinand Puentes was onboard a Makani Kai Air Cessna whose engine died last month, causing it to plunge into the water. He recorded the horrifying scene on his GoPro camera, continuing to shoot even as he and the other passengers jumped out of the plane.

A life vest wasn’t enough to keep him afloat, so the pilot gave Puentes an extra seat cushion. One person died, while the Coast Guard rescued everyone else.

Puentes counts himself as extremely fortunate, noting, "You could have died. There's so much variations that could have happened for the worse.”
