To quote South Park, "they took ar jaaabs!" Typically, when Americans are complaining about immigrants "taking jobs", they aren't referring to illegal drug dealing. Not Montana's U.S. Senator Steve Daines, he's worried about ALL the jaaabs. By the way, for those of you who love to bash Californians moving into Montana, where do you think Daines is from? Yup, Los Angeles.

On Friday night my phone started blowing up and every message was something hilariously snarky, along with a link to the very real audio of Senator Daines longing for the good 'ol days when Montana's meth was "homegrown" and "homemade," not the "flood of Mexican meth, Mexican heroin, Mexican fentanyl" that we get nowadays. Need to see the video for yourself, here ya go.

Senator Daines brought this message, that he wanted the public to hear, to a meeting of Senate Republicans at the U.S. Mexico border last week. He recently shared the same info with KTQV in Billings, so he clearly had time to think about what he was going to say, and said it anyway. Doesn't this guy have speech writers? You can see Senator Mike Lee of Utah kind of snickering in the background, like, 'what the hell is this guy going on about?'

National news outlets picked up on the story pretty quickly, including MSNBC, Slate, TMZ, the New York Post, Business Insider, HuffPost, and others. The 96.3 The Blaze morning show 'Free Beer and Hot Wings' could also be heard mocking Senator Daines during this morning's show.
