The University of Montana will celebrate the grand opening of its new Missoula College Building this Friday, September 22.

The public is invited to the festivities beginning at 2:00 p.m. Governor Steve Bullock, Commissioner of Higher Education Clay Christian and UM President Sheila Stearns will be on hand. And the family of Salish leader Louis Adams will provide a Native American blessing and honor song.

Students from the college's award-winning Culinary Arts Program will provide treats and there will be tours of the multistory 115,000 square-foot college. The new Missoula College is located at 1205 East Broadway. Sounds like a cool little ceremony and hopefully you can drop by.
