Free Beer played an old clip of the guys reacting to a weird and fascinating video of a man who can only communicate with the word "Tono."

All joking aside, what seems like a put on is actually part of a series of real medical conditions called Agrammatism and Progressive nonfluent aphasia.

The part near the end of the video where he starts counting effectively, before sliding back into the "tono tono" cadence is just fascinating. Pay attention to the look on the guy's face - he's not a blank slate, but rather emoting in a pretty natural manner.
