I have discovered in my almost 2 years of being a dad, that music does "soothe the savage beast." When my son gets out of control, I don't throw on Kidz Bop and make my ears bleed. I prefer to throw on something a little more convincing. For example, if you have a fussy kid, try blasting the soothing sounds of Megadeth or BLS. Seems to work for me.
