The Nirvana project has been dormant, but Seether frontman Shaun Morgan has shared his desire to collaborate with Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear.
After taking a well-deserved break and tiding fans over with a hits collection last year, Seether are set to return with a new studio album. The band just announced that their sixth studio release will be titled 'Isolate and Medicate,' and it's currently on schedule for a July 1 street date.
Seether frontman Shaun Morgan is the latest rocker to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela. A huge amount of musicians and other public figures have memorialized Mandela since he passed away on Dec. 5, but as a native South African, Morgan's statement is unique as he witnessed firsthand what it was like in his home country when Mandela was released from prison after 27 years.

Seether are building up to the Oct. 29 release date of their two-disc collection of hits and rarities, 'Seether 2002-2013,' and Loudwire is exclusively streaming one of the compilation's rarities, 'Blister,' a song that was originally intended as a B-side for the 2005 album 'Karma and Effect' but was never officially released.
