The Decemberists’ Use YouTube Comments as Lyrics

If you are not familiar with The Decemberists, they are an indie folk rock band from Portland, Oregon. Their lead singer is the very talented Colin Meloy, who is originally from Helena.

Though you may not be a fan of folk rock, you have to appreciate that the band does not take themselves too seriously and went on the Jimmy Kimmel show to sing YouTube comments.  Because as you know, the troll comments on social media are 99% ridiculous.

The Decemberists' new album is 'What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World' and here they are singing about Bieber, Kim Kardashian and boat crashes.
