I am fairly new to the digital realm of online dating. I have to say it is pretty damn awkward. But not as awkward as having to resort to filling out a "missed connections" report on Craigslist. There has always been the question of what if, after having a casual encounter with the occasional "hottie." But, never have I ran home thinking "I bet that chick is going to be a Craigslist later, wondering if I am looking for her." Has that ever worked for anyone, or is it just a sure sign that you have reached the lowest level of desperation. Check out the top 3 from the past week here in Western Montana.

  • RED HOT WOMAN - M4W - Walmart

You were doing your taxes around 2:45 today at the walmart off of mullan. I was leaving the store when I glanced at you for a moment that was too brief. You are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. With your red hair and alluring eyes, you grabbed me and you have my attention. Unfortunately, you were sitting alongside a big guy who you're probably in a relationship with. If you ever need a break or just want to have some fun, I'd be more than happy to be your man for the night.

My thoughts:

Chances are that YES, she is taken and the "big guy' will kick your ass. If this ginger girl is looking good while doing her taxes at a Wal-Mart, you can guarentee she has more adult things to do. But, I have heard flirting at Wally World is a good place to pick up chicks.

  • My Heart Skipped a Beat - W4M - Missoula

John I saw you for the first time in forever right outside of your business on 3rd street just off of Russell the other day and my heart skipped a beat. Every time we pass by I look just to get a glimpse of you and just wanted to let you know that you look great! Every time we drive up the Rattlesnake I think of the day that you drove me up there to show me where you grew up after lunch. That was the most amazing first and only date we had. I think of you daily.

My thoughts:

Why do 90% of these posts resemble something out of a love note? "My love for you is hotter than the fire of a thousand suns. I met you near the gas station bathroom."

  • White Toyaota - M4W - Stevensville

We saw each other yesterday morning at the gas station in Stevensville along hwy 93. Exchanged several looks and said hello to each other. You were driving a Toyota pickup and had a really awesome dog, tell me what kind of dog it was so I know it's you!! Would love to chat!

My thoughts:

Now I am going to think twice before casually saying hello to someone at the gas pump. Just crank the radio and pretend you are filling your "blinker fluid."
