Our weekend warrior, JC, stopped by my office today trying to figure out how she was going to get back to her car tomorrow after pounding beers tonight at DKM. She is the smart one that plans ahead for a sober ride, and we tip our hat to her. But I also find it funny that she is already planning ahead on how to deal with the hangover, in order to make it into work tomorrow. She said she has already ruled out biking or walking because that will make her sick. But, in my experience, getting the blood pumping and sweating out the booze seems to help first thing in the morning. Just take it from the chicks in the following video. They celebrated their friends 30th birthday and then woke up bright and early the next day to do yoga.
