2018 Big Sky Kartway Racing Schedule

It's almost time for another summertime activity to kick off, and that is kart racing out at the Big Sky Kartway near the Wye. The racing takes places behinds Muralt's Travel Plaza and consists of outlaw karts tearing up a dirt track throwing some dirt up into the stands as they whip around the track. Last summer one of the races even let me jump into his kart and take a few laps, it was so much fun!

The schedule was just posted online for this year and here are the dates they have races planned.

May 4 & 5

May 19

June 8 & 9

WILD WEST SHOOTOUT…. June 29 & 30

July 13 & 14

July 28

August 17 & 18

September 14 & 15

September 28 & 29

If you haven't been to the Wild West Shootout, it is their biggest weekend of the year with more karts and more prize money up for grabs during the busy weekend. It's difficult to make every race out at the track with so many fun things to do in Montana while the weather is nice but if you're looking for something fun to do on a weekend and racing is going on, I would suggest hitting the track to watch these fun races.
