A Huge Brewfest In Winter? Because Missoula, That’s Why.
Good beer is a staple of Missoula, so you should know by now that our Brewfests aren't just for summer. Get ready for the Winter Brewfest at Caras Park.
Years ago, I lost count of the breweries not just in all of Montana, but even in Missoula. Do you want to know a little secret? They are all fantastic in their own way. I have a few favorites, but that's for another time. Today let's talk about the upcoming Winter Brewfest at Caras Park.
If you've never attended one, now is your time. Now, just because it's winter, that shouldn't detour you. The Missoula Downtown Association seems to have planned this one out with every detail in mind.
The Brewfest will return to Caras Park on Saturday, February 25th from 1- 5 pm.
This event is free to enter, however, if you want to taste some fantastic Montana beers (and of course you do) the commemorative glass will run you $20. With that, you will get 4 beer tokens and can always purchase more (additional tokens are 2 for $3).
Currently, they have over 40 Montana beers on tap, including seltzers, ciders, and a wine/mimosa bar. So there should be a taste for everyone.
Additionally, the Downtown Association will have burn barrels to keep you warm and food from M80 chicken, El Cazador, and River City Eats will be on hand as well.
It wouldn't be a Missoula Brewfest without music, so DJ TRX will be spinning and put you on the dance floor all day.
You must be 21+ to drink, and no dogs are allowed, please. (Service dogs welcome).
