Against Me! Reveal Dates for Fall 2017 North American Tour

Fresh off a three-month tour supporting Green Day on their Revolution Radio run, Against Me! have announced a North American headlining tour of their own set to take place this fall.

Kicking off in Winnipeg at the Garrick Theatre, the trek crisscrosses the country before ending with two shows in Florida. Bleached and Dirty Nil will be openers for the majority of the dates. Tickets go on sale this Friday (May 12).

Last September, Against Me! delivered their seventh effort, Shape Shift with Me. Frontwoman Laura Jane Grace, who came out as transgender in 2012, said of the album at the time of its release, “It was just about opening up to whatever comes my way karmically. Whatever everyone in the band is willing to offer, I just wanted to be open to it. I didn’t want it to be like what it was in the past where it may have felt closed. I want it to be different.”

At the final show of the tour, headlining day two of The Fest in their hometown of Gainesville, Fla., the band will play their 2002 debut, Against Me! Is Reinventing Axl Rose in its entirety. So if you're in the area, make sure to check out the special show.
