Black Sabbath Release New Trailer for ‘The End of The End’ Concert Film
If for whatever reason you've been living under a rock, Black Sabbath finished their final tour earlier this year, appropriately titled The End. To commemorate the event, the group filmed a concert film Black Sabbath: The End of the End. Recently, the band posted a new 60-second trailer for the video, which you can watch above.
The concert film revolves around the group's last show of the final tour in their hometown of Birmingham, England. The film will take fans inside the momentous show, filled to the brim with excellent production and career defining performances from the group. The trailer shows just how massive the show was, packed wall-to-wall with screaming fans while the band took the stage one last time.
According to a press release, “The film brings fans the up close and personal story of the final, emotionally charged concert, as the band perform hits, including ‘Iron Man,’ ‘Paranoid,’ ‘War Pigs’ and many more. Join Sabbath in the studio, as they deliver unique and exclusive performances of some of their favorite songs not played on the tour, and catch an intimate glimpse into the band’s world; the music, relationships and banter, alongside personal anecdotes.”
“To bring it all back home after all these years was pretty special,” Black Sabbath said in a statement. “It was so hard to say goodbye to the fans, who’ve been incredibly loyal to us through the years. We never dreamed in the early days that we’d be here 49 years later doing our last show on our home turf.”
Black Sabbath: The End of the End will screen in movie theaters around the world on Sept. 28. Get ticketing details, where the film will be playing and additional information at the event website.
