Burlesque, Bands and Booze Combine for a Missoula Halloween Party

Normally Halloween is when people like to dress up. Whether it be a sexy nurse or a crazy clown. But, at this Missoula Halloween party, they don't dress up... They dress down.

The Grotesque Burlesque Carnival of Flesh returns to the Dark Horse this Halloween.

The Grotesque Burlesque Carnival of Flesh features performances from The Illustrated Circus, Walking Corpse Syndrome, Blessiddoom, Ceres, and The New Nightmare. Spin the wheel of misfortune to win prizes. Costume prizes and Gory drink specials. Metal, Gore, Flesh and More.

(Admission is $10)

This party is notorious for having some of the best costumes in town. If you haven't gotten your costume yet, now is the time.

According to Huff Post, here are some of the weirdest costumes for 2023

1. Ceiling Fan. The hat is supposed to look like a fan, and it comes with a shirt that says, "Let's Go, Ceiling!" (Get it? Ceiling FAN?)

2. A Utility Pole costume for couples. You're each a utility pole, and you're connected by straps that look like power lines.

3. A "Before, During, and After" you go to the BATHROOM costume.  It requires three people. One costume is a full roll of toilet paper . . . another is an empty roll . . . and the third costume is poop.

4. Sexy Ronald McDonald. The lingerie site 3Wishes.com is selling it.

5. Sexy Patrick from "SpongeBob SquarePants". He's the pink starfish.
