2020 is becoming the year of the reunion. After a month that's given us the returns of My Chemical Romance, Rage Against the Machine, the Black Crowes, Motley Crue and Scary Kids Scaring Kids, punk icons Circle Jerks will be strapping on their instruments again in 2020.

The news was revealed with the announcement that the band would be making their first appearance in over a decade at the 2020 edition of the Punk Rock Bowling and Music Festival in Las Vegas the weekend of May 21-25.

As reported by Brooklyn Vegan, the reunion will feature singer Keith Morris, guitarist Greg Hetson and bassist Zander Schloss, though it has not been confirmed who will be drumming for the band as of yet. Kevin Fitzgerald handled drums for a decade before the band went on hiatus in 2011.

2020 will mark the 40th anniversary of the band's Group Sex album, which is expected to have a special reissue to mark the occasion next year.

Not long after the Punk Rock Bowling announcement, the group revealed that they'd be joining NOFX's Punk in Drublic European run next year for three dates in late May. Details on both events below.
