Daredevils Are Already Floating the Lochsa River 2017

Some snow is still flying and the Spring runoff has barely started, but white water connoisseurs are already hitting the Lochsa. Known for some of the most extreme whitewater in the Northwest, the Lochsa is only a short drive up Highway 12 into Idaho. While many white water enthusiast can be seen rafting in early May. Some are already braving the frigid waters.

Blake Miller shows us some great GoPro footage of one of the first trips of 2017, down the mighty Lochsa.
