DIY Hand Sanitizer
The shelves are empty just about everywhere you go. People are fear purchasing everything from bottled water to toilet paper. And good luck finding a bottle of hand sanitizer. That stuff is going to be sold in dark alleys before this whole coronavirus thing blows over.
With just a few household items, that are not sold out, you can make your own hand sanitizer.
Here is what you'll need
- 1 cup rubbing alcohol (use 60% or higher isopropyl alcohol)
- 1/4 to 3/8ths cup aloe
- 1/8 cup glycerin
- A few drops of essential oils (we chose lavender & tea tree oil)
You basically want 2 parts alcohol to 1 part aloe/glycerin mix.
