Missoula authorities are asking the public for any information regarding a former Missoula County Public Schools employee identified as Jordan Graves.

Missoula Police Detective Lieutenant Eddie McLean provided details to KGVO News.

“The Missoula Police Department investigated and subsequently charged Jordan Graves with sexual intercourse without consent and sexual assault, both felonies,” said Lieutenant McLean. “The offenses occurred when he was working with Missoula County Public Schools and then he moved from Montana in 2012.”

McLean is asking anyone that may have information about Graves that might be helpful to the investigation to come forward.

“The offenses that we are investigating occurred prior to January of 2012,” he said. “The victim that ended up coming forward ended up reporting the offenses at that time. However, if anybody has had any contact prior to that, or since then that involves anything of a sexual nature or anything that would be relevant to the investigation, we would appreciate contact.”

McLean provided the contact information for the investigating officer.

“Anybody that has any information regarding Jordan Graves behavior that would be relevant to those offenses we would appreciate it if they would contact Detective Connie Brueckner at 406-552-6286 or her email which is brucknerc@ci.missoula.mt.us .”

Detective Brueckner has delivered the charging information and the case is being prosecuted by Deputy County Attorney Brian Lowney.

Lowney told KGVO News on Wednesday that his office has issued a summons for Graves to appear on the sexual intercourse without consent and sexual assault charges on Monday January 3 at 9:00 a.m. before District Court Judge Jason Marks. His current whereabouts are unknown.
