Foo Fighters Announce 2018 ‘Concrete and Gold’ North American Tour Dates
After Foo Fighters make their way back home for the end of the year, they'll re-learn how to fly in 2018, hitting the road for more dates in support of their Concrete and Gold album. The band just announced a 2018 North American trek and dates for the two scheduled runs can be found below.
The first leg of North American dates kicks off April 18 in Austin, Texas, at the Austin360 Amphitheater and currently continues through May 3 at Memphis' FedEx Forum. That last date is a rescheduled show from this week after the band had to bow out of dates due to a family emergency. Though not announced yet, the group is still in the process of rescheduling a Nashville date from this week as well.
The second leg of the run starts July 7 in Philadelphia at the BB&T Pavilion and continues through a July 29 at Chicago's Wrigley Field. And Wrigley isn't the only venue on the summer dates where the band will play ball in a baseball cathedral, as they also have a two-night stand at Boston's Fenway Park in July as well.
Tickets for the newly announced dates will go on sale for the general public on Friday, Nov. 3 at 10AM local time, with the exception of the Chicago Wrigley date which goes on sale Nov. 10. There will also be a Capitol One cardholder pre-sale that starts Thursday, Oct. 26 at 10AM local time and runs through Saturday, Oct. 28 at 10AM local time or until pre-sale tickets run out. The Capitol One Chicago pre-sale starts Monday, Nov. 6 at 10AM CT. For details on the Capitol One pre-sale, head here.
Foo Fighters kicked off the first leg of their U.S. tour in support of Concrete and Gold on Oct. 12. As stated, there's a break in the trek while the band deals with a family emergency, but they are currently expected to return to the road Oct. 26 in Birmingham, Ala. Stay up to date with all of their touring at this location.
