Free Beer & Hot Wings: Toronto Hockey Fans Help Out with U.S. Anthem When Mic Cuts Out [Video]
No matter where you are, the national anthem is a big deal.
It seems that the U.S.' national anthem is even a big deal in Canada. That's right, even in Canada!
On Tuesday during the Nashville Predators-Toronto Maple Leafs NHL game in Toronto, there was a bit of a microphone problem.
Singer Michelle Madeira had already completed the Canadian anthem, "O Canada." But when she got to "The Star-Spangled Banner," the mic started cutting out. That was when Maple Leafs fans decided to help her out and took over the singing of our anthem.
A very cool moment!
