Full Draw: Lolo Hot Springs Hosts FVAC May 2023 3D Archery Event

Growing up in a VERY "outdoorsy" family, I have fond memories of my dad dragging me along to spring 3D archery shoots. Fast forward to today, and I am doing the same with my son. 3D archery shoots are not only challenging but fun. I like to describe them as 18 holes of golf, with your bow. But instead of only 18 targets, you have 30 different real-life hunting scenarios, i.e., somewhat realistic hunting situations that you may find yourself in someday. Or, in the case of some of the targets, outrageous scenarios that involve everything from a mutant mosquito to a foam velociraptor.  Each target is more challenging and more entertaining than the next.

Gather your sharp sticks and make your plans to join Five Valley Archery Club on Sunday (5/21), for a 3D archery shoot

Registration begins at 7 am until 10 am, with a scorecard deadline at 3:30 pm.

Price is $15 for adults, $10 for Young Adults (14-17), $10 for kids 9-13 and Cubs are FREE.

Trophies, Medals, or Ribbons in all Classes! Scorecards in by 3:30pm. Three Shooting Stakes: Compound: Adult & Young Adult.
Traditional: Adult & Young adult, Youth Compound & Traditional, Cubs Shoot from where they can hit the target. Adult Classes: Young Adult Classes, Youth Classes: Freestyle (compound/moveable sights), Male & Female Bowhunter (Compound/fixed Sights), Male & Female Traditional (Recurve/Longbow), Male & Female.

NO MARKED YARDAGE. RANGEFINDERS ONLY ALLOWED FOR PEOPLE NOT SHOOTING FOR SCORE. BINOCULARS OKAY
