Get The Funk Out! You Have To Check Out This Crazy Missoula Fest
It's crazy to think that July is just right around the corner. Many of you are looking forward to BBQs and fireworks, but what about an incredible Funk music festival?
Coming back for a 3rd year is the Funk Music Festival in Missoula. A fun-filled day of food, music, drinks, and friends, and you're invited!
The Funk Music Festival will take place on July, 2nd at Missoula's downtown Silver Park from 4 pm-8 pm. The event is free to attend, but a $10 donation is suggested. You can donate and find all the details HERE.
You are invited to bike, walk, or even float to the park. Lawn chairs, sun shades, and umbrellas are welcome, as well as your four-legged furry buddy. Just remember Missoula leash laws are in effect.
Live music will be performed by:
Kyle Curtis & The Promised Lands, The Afterburners, Mark Myriad & The Honey Horns, Pony P, Jetstar, and Coach Shane.
Food and drinks will be available from:
Mountain Berry Bowls, Dreamy's Soft and Serve, Aiko's Japanese Fusion, and Green Source.
The Missoula Funk Festival is a donation-based event to help local businesses and musicians, all in the name of this wonderful city we live in. This is a non-profit event, so your donation is tax-deductible.
I know your Summer plans are already filling up, especially with the great concert announcements, and usual Missoula summer fun, but this event promises to be something "out of the ordinary", and it's all for a good cause. So grab those lawn chairs, and some sunscreen, and get ready to get funked out of your shoes!
