Save yourself the time of trying to think of an argument on how this proposal could never happen. You may not believe in Bigfoot, but there are a lot of people that do. Many folks think the Earth is flat, and aliens live among us. Before you leave the "who cares" comment in our Facebook feeds, know that there are people who do care. And, those people are actually proposing a legitimate hunting season for the mythical creature.

According to Fox News

On Wednesday, Rep. Justin Humphrey (R) introduced House Bill 1648, urging the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission (OWCC) to establish a "big foot hunting season.".

YEAH! This guy is serious. Humphrey represents a portion of Oklahoma that has a large number of Bigfoot sightings. This area in South Eastern Oklahoma even hosts an annual Bigfoot festival.

Montana is no stranger to Bigfoot sightings. Why not have a little fun? Ting's Tavern, located in the town of Jefferson City, Montana has announced that they are initiating a full-on Sasquatch hunt this Memorial Day weekend.

Sasquatch has been sighted near Tings Tavern in Jefferson City. We have obtained landowner permission and are goin' Squatchin! Online and In-person registrations are accepted; limited to the first 500 hunters. Up to 250 licenses are available online; remaining license registrations are available at Tings Tavern in Jefferson City starting Friday May 17th at 11 am. $25/per person.

Check in at Ting's Tavern by 5 pm on Sat May 25....sign your waiver if not completed yet, or register, if there are still spots available.

NOTE: You are not hunting an actual SASQUATCH. Just a person dressed as one. Think of it more as a drunken adult game of "hide and go seek."
